What We Do
We work to build our future. In this scenario, the stadium evolves from a location where fans gather to watch their team’s games into a true aggregator of synergies. The traditionally built sports facility reinvents itself and becomes a point of reference for the community. A location to call home every day of the year.
This is our dream, this is our daily philosophy. We are aware that there is a new way to enjoy sports, a privileged setting where technology is used to enhance amusement, and an adaptable framework capable of accommodating and ensuring that spectators have a full, increasingly captivating, and immersive experience.
Before designing a modern stadium, think of the spaces intended for people and their needs: in addition to stands and bleachers, think of a medical center, a gym, a spa, a playground, guest accommodations, bars, and restaurants, as well as executive and commercial spaces. For us, the stadiums of the future are smart stadiums because they symbolize an ecosystem that blends social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
The transition from smart stadium to smart village is already in progress. A large urban block, perfectly integrated with the surrounding areas, able to offer the community the opportunity to experience sport in a completely new way, and at the same time to engage in all those leisure and entertainment activities typical of hubs of aggregation. But it is first and foremost a place of high standard services: medical centres with most advanced rehabilitation equipment, multidisciplinary gyms to introduce children to Olympic sports, wellness centres and spas for psycho-physical wellbeing, certified facilities for medical-aesthetic treatments, and baby parking areas to allow each family to manage the intensity of the daily rhythms in the best possible way. There will also be bars and restaurants enriching the offer of entertainment and recreation and, at the same time, the food and wine attraction of the territory. Every day it will also be possible to access the playgrounds, green and multifunctional areas where children can have fun and spend a family afternoon. In the end, the sports venues of the future will be densely populated urban centers with extensive transportation infrastructure, where people can live, work, and play. Additionally, being connected means that apps created using IoT (Internet of Things) principles can be used to control all services. Reservations, information, and spaces will all be available in version 4.0 with assistance services for non-technical users. Sportspeople and enthusiasts meet in one place where dreams, aspirations and needs mingle. A modern sports facility turns a basic building into a hub for interactions, learning, and development. Both individual and collective. A modern sports centre becomes a great attraction for the territory, a great resource for the present but also a stimulus for new ideas that will design the future.
The culmination of our vision of the future is the sports city. In contrast to a sports center, the sports city is designed as a true immersive reality, complete with streets, parks, unique modes of transportation, and buildings to meet all of the needs of the community.
Stadiums, arenas, Olympic swimming pools, athletics tracks, multi-purpose fields, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and padel facilities are among the infrastructures that make up a sports city. However, a sports city is first and foremost a gathering spot where people can enjoy themselves while socializing and having fun with their loved ones. Where to eat in a gourmet restaurant, enjoy an aperitif in a fine wine bar, take care of yourself with exclusive spas and wellness centres. Children can meet in playgrounds, families have fun and relax. And also conference rooms, accommodation and accommodation facilities, medical centres and laboratories.
