10/02/2024 – The design and administrative process for the submission of the
feasibility of the new Romeo Neri Stadium to the City of Rimini is moving forward.

Following the first expression of Interest by Aurora Immobiliare, which led to the conclusion of an RTI-Agreement between Aurora itself and The Rimini Football Club, along with a series of preliminary meetings, the first phases of the work are about to be concluded.

It is important to emphasize that the Concept of the new stadium is in line with what has already been outlined for the Caserta Alberto Pinto Stadium, which is at an advanced stage and for which the Project Company has already been established.
The new Romeo Neri stadium, designed as a multifunctional sports body, is in line with international standards, is sustainable and responsive to territorial needs.

In fact, the project hypothesis envisages an ultramodern stadium with a usable capacity of 12,200 extendable seats, all indoors, separated into several sectors.
An English-style facility, which includes Skyboxes, boxes and pitch views that are essential for enjoying the sporting event to the fullest, allowing the stands to be brought closer to the playing field, which will bring improved visibility, as we already see in the best state-of-the-art facilities.

As outlined in an initial presentation, the new facility will be equipped with support and complementary services to the sports activity such as medical and recovery centers, gymnasium for training and wellness trails, and restaurants, business center, conference, Hospitality, and guest quarters.

The result will be a new facility strongly linked to the city of Rimini, to its real needs and to the territory, in continuity between architecture and urban landscape, through a careful and unprecedented organization of flows, sustainable mobility and the green system.

Meanwhile, Rimini fans are clamoring for the construction of a new stadium. Thus, the long-awaited feasibility study that will kick off the next phases of
work leading to the construction of the new Romeo Neri is on its way to the City’s
table.
