Our Story

Going to the stadium once a week when I was a child was an occasion for celebration and sharing. It was as natural as it can be today to go for a walk, and it was so for everyone, adults and children. In the stands, next to you, you could meet the neighbor with whom you had a coffee in the morning, or the tobacconist with whom you had exchanged a greeting the day before. Going to the stadium was the fixed appointment that no one made but that everyone expected.

This feeling of belonging, this function of the stadium as an agora, is what we want to achieve in all our projects. The structures, the stadiums, but also the sports centers and arenas that we build, are born with the aim of improving people’s lives, enriching the community, creating a place where everyone, from the oldest to the youngest, can find a space to sharing as well as fun and entertainment. Already from the beginning of the new millennium, our projects develop from these premises, we create small modern villages that meet the needs of proximity to commercial and working areas, which have an optimized road system and specific services, from the restaurant to the medical centre.

In the residential sector we are thinking of functional places that are beautiful to live in and to see, sometimes of absolute prestige, which can represent a constant point of reference for those who choose to live there and to develop their businesses.

They are structures designed and built following the objective of not only environmental but also, and above all, social sustainability, using constantly updated techniques and materials. Like villages and residential areas, stadiums become places that complete people’s daily lives and that make it possible for young people to take an integrated approach to sport, enjoyed as spectators but also experienced as protagonists, not just for one match, but every day of the year.
