The project involves the construction of a new soccer stadium for the City of Caserta through the rehabilitation, with demolition, reconstruction and enhancement, of the “Alberto Pinto” Municipal Stadium.

The redevelopment of the stadium area, which is owned by the city, had been the subject of a public tender in 2022 and had seen the provisional award on November 2, 2022, to the very R.T.I. The award, which came after the signing of the agreement between the “10Stadiums” managed by Petricca & Co. Capital S.A. and the R.T.I. last month, is another important building block that will lead, by next summer, to the opening of the construction site.
